Pros

-Used to have a fantastic manager before they moved on to another company, while present, they helped to create a buffer from the company's cons -Now there are really not many pros worth staying for - this company is financially secure and privately held, which lends itself to job security, but to what cost?

Cons

-Company is very traditional in thinking and practices until the pandemic the company dress-code was still business professional (suit and tie), with very strange policies like women not being allowed to wear pants the hit above their ankles and tattoos are required to be covered in the corp office despite 46% of the US population having one or more tattoos according to WorldAtlas.com...Okay 1950's wants their social norms back DT -Hard to advance with unclear role definitions and communications from leadership, including false promises -Company expects you to perform levels above hired role for more than a year prior to promoting, instead of seeing talent and promoting them and guiding them along the way as they create value for the company -Abusive C-level leader is not held accountable by their C-level peers, HR, or the Board and remains in high up position creating an inhospitable work environment for those that have to work with said leader. Additionally, said leader self-promotes in the media as being and "industry leader"...*wildly laughs head off* -Are requiring staff to return to the office after 2 years of record high performance and sales goals reached due to "company culture" reasons, but have no plan for seating arrangements or parking at two over-crowded buildings (spacing was also an issue pre-pandemic, before company growth and clearly no one worked on a plan to resolve that before telling associates that they need to begin returning to the office) -Often gaslight employees who bring important concerns to the table or who decide to leave the company instead of listening, and working to actually do something to resolve the issue and try and keep their staff -Talk about caring about people, but do not actually do anything to show that that's true (all "relationship/people culture"-related events and practices have ceased since the pandemic with little to no effort to continue them virtually...such a disappointment see as DT was once voted one of the best companies for collaboration and consistency praised for their company culture) -Demographics of company are not diverse and lend themselves to inappropriate behaviors and comments in the office that demean and isolate younger talent and those that are a part of the female, LGBTQIA+, and/or minority-identifying populations...this is a lawsuit waiting to happen... -Pay is competitive at first, but quickly falls behind market standard with raises that do not account for or meet inflation for all, including "high performers" (not that performance level should matter...all should be paid fairly) -For a billion dollar company, there is much disorganization and lack of standardization and best practices
