I am experiencing changes of team restructuring several times and i am unsure the management's direction is moving to a temporary solution or a long term structure. Discova has a direction and SOP but it does not pass to local team in my country. The local country team and manager are mistrusting the management by doing things on their own because they believe the upper management is not giving enough effort to promote our small country. I am sticking in the middle between fulfilling SOP or following the local team's wills which make my job very difficult. The working environment is not very friendly within my area. My error should not turn into a long allegation process in front of everyone. Got some serious negative experiences from local team likes shouting to me and doubting my working ability due to differences between SOP and local team interests.
