Pros
Free junk food and nice temp reviewers.
Cons
Upper management was so isolated from what was really going on that I'm surprised they are still in business.
The Staff Attorneys would routinely lie to the reviewers about project lengths. They would also sow down a review if it was nearing the end, so they could milk it. Telling reviewers to "be more thorough".
Upper Management routinely refused to spend money on training for it's Project Managers, which lead to nearly every PM being incompetent when it came to dealing with subordinates or they would rage at the littlest thing. Often firing reviewers for personal grievances that the PM or Staff Attorney had with the reviewer, rather then a legitimate performance issue.
They intentionally under pay most of their employees to make that extra dime.
I hope Apple or Amazon figure out that they are being lied to, and sue the company out of business.
