The work atmosphere is friendly and flexible. Very open to suggestions, everyone pitches in. Overall great vibe and good work-life balance. A lot of employees stay here for a long time.

It started as a small place and has 'grown up' quickly. Some systems are too small for what it is now. There are definitely areas that could be professionalized more. There is still a feeling of scarcity among the employees.
