- Learning is good but technology level is very old and poor - Leave policy is great but no compensation provided if you work extra - Good working culture but not that much recommended

- No salary on time and every time they will send an email regarding to the salary, sometimes employees will get the salary 2 weeks later or sometimes 1 month later - Not a proper increment because of no funds this organization have - Worst Management than ever before - Bad level politics - Company was not focusing on the clients for last 8 years and worst things they do with employees - Policies have been changed every month and higher level employees breaking it. No punching when leave the office and suggested us to do on regular basis, otherwise salary should be deducted from next month salary , if of found more than 3 times, you will not eligible for the next year's increment. Seriously!!!!! - They have played a game with employees career and forcefully release so mane employees without prior notice. This is the future we think about the worst company - Worst level politics as the management believes in one person only, whatever he has said, management agreed 100% with him even if he is wrong. In short they are blind. - Delayed in increment process for 4 months and difference amount should not given up to 4 months and management should said that we will give you the difference amount in the month of Oct, so you should not get the increment next year as it is below 6 months, that's their planned - Projects are very bad so you will not learn new things - The hardest things they do, the looser they prove. - This company does not have any end-goals for last 8 to 9 years and continue and totally unproductive work
