Pros

A remarkable sense of community and collaboration among team members - going the extra mile for one another is the norm.

Cons

The "remote-first" and "flexible hours" touted by the company often translate to an expectation of weekend work, which can erode the promised work-life balance. While "unlimited vacation" seems generous in theory, it can be difficult to take advantage of without facing a significant catch-up workload afterward. There's a noticeable gap between the company's narrative and the reality faced by its teams. This discrepancy that has led to not just setbacks but, in some cases, complete breakdowns. The CEO's stance on the value of international employment is based on an underlying belief that those working overseas should be grateful to secure a contractor position with a U.S. company. A lack of clear communication and transparent firing practices has cultivated an environment where voicing concerns feels risky and can lead to a forced display of positivity.

Pros

The technology has been developed over the past decade for live qualitative research. Great for that. Any other video or qualitative tools are very lacking. Good base salary for salespeople. Good people for the most part.

Cons

You must stay in your lane. Marketing operates in a vacuum from Product Development, and both don't want to hear from Sales. Very political. Only one or two real researchers on staff, trying too hard to be a tech SaaS company.
