No opportunity for career development or learn new skills. Very traditional: very low work/life balance. When things go wrong (technology, logistics, miscommunication..), departments turn against departments... looking to see who is to blame, rather than looking at putting processes / solution for improvement. High turnover of employees More interested in concentrating efforts & supporting partners/customers who are more susceptible to place high volume of sales than recruiting new partners with great potentials.
