      Company really cares about the people there, culture is second to none, built on a solid foundation.

      Cons

      The company grew so much so quickly that there are still some growing pains and things that need to be worked out.

      Pros

      Corporate culture is fantastic. The leadership is very open and you know you are cared about. They honestly don't care about the numbers as much as they do about being a blessing toward others. It's a great place to come to work every day. The pay is very good also. There is hardly ever any turnover, either.

      Cons

      Not as much room for career growth as one may like.
