This was a great learning experience, and the manager did a great job of both teaching the interns important software development concepts, while also letting us have a lot of freedom in terms of our coding and design. I especially enjoyed the use of C#.

Some of the practices and technologies are not fully up to date.

Flexible schedule/remote work opportunities. Team atmosphere, yet individual projects/work. Some creative work opportunities. Small team made it easy to seek mentorship. Relaxed office environment.

Not an active job (desk job) for someone looking for something a bit more active/needs movement. Small team/few social opportunities as a young/fresh out of college employee. Too many responsibilities placed on a few, key individuals (easy burn-out). Low pay in comparison to competitors.
