This was a great learning experience, and the manager did a great job of both teaching the interns important software development concepts, while also letting us have a lot of freedom in terms of our coding and design. I especially enjoyed the use of C#.

Some of the practices and technologies are not fully up to date.

Transparency and flattened power structure, a friendly work environment with lax deadlines, and an engaging work that prepares you well for following industry standards.

Not really any cons, provides a lot of great things.
