Very friendly work in your team environment(development), sense of group, opportunity to learn new technologies, a few good unexpected benefits like unexpected days off.
Cons
Inefficient career plan, promotions based on company politics not by competence or knowledge. Constant manager rotation with no handover. Heavy HR initiatives to obey agendas. Not taking part on "optional" company events and honest questions going against certain beliefs can be decisive for promotion rejection. Promises not kept.
