The people and leaders are really great to work with, and they generally operate at a very high level. I don't always agree with decisions and some of my ideas are passed on. But I see decisions to be well considered and driven by strong leadership. I feel listened to and valued, and I feel recognized. This is a great place if you are open to changes that a growing company will have. There is opportunity here, and the pace is fast but healthy. There is an expectation to perform and deliver.
