Pros
No boss over your shoulder, for the most part.When I started, you could do most of your assignments any day during the week. Working in the stores was fun, after you get the hang of it, and and the clients were good to work with. I learned a lot about retail.
Cons
Being treated like you are not trustworthy. They wouldn't give out assignments until Sunday night for the next week because you might give a heads up to the people you would be auditing. One hour assignments that had to done at a specific time on a specific weekend day made it impossible to have another job, and were probably illegal.
