* One of the cofounders isn’t a sales person yet has a lot of ideas which must be rigidly followed * Product isn’t there yet but they want instantaneous results * You won’t be given total ownership to be creative * They believe in the spray and pray approach in sales

Friendly African team. Great product

One of the founders brings a good vibe to the team. The other one, not so much. Employees are mandated to use their personal LinkedIn profiles to promote the company with cover images , headline and job roles. Poor employee data policy. Layoffs without notice. No credits to you for the work done after you leave the company.
