Leadership team is very caring and very engaged

Too much traveling. No solid project schedule

PTO, A few of the leaders are great.

This company is allergic to diversifying despite its name as far as project selection goes. Engineering leadership is lazy and always pointing the finger at project management or even DAI customers. HR and Finance (namely the two leaders in each) are as toxic as it gets and do nothing but gossip and act petty all day.
