Pros
Lots of training outside the institution, the more qualifications, skills and abilities you have the more likely you will be tapped to handle higher posts; people are friendly and most of them worked their since they graduated from college; they hire their own graduates which is very good.
Cons
Only those in the middle management or the directors, deans are allowed to attend trainings. Those who run the institution do not have background in the academe, the Administrators do not encourage criticisms they would think that is a personal attack.
