Cons
Do Good Events does not value their employees. They use you and burn you out by promising raises, promotions and opportunities that never come to fruition. You will be extremely overworked for pay that is well below industry standard. It was embarrassing to watch senior management falsely advertise skills and services to clients that they could not follow through with. Senior leadership has zero education or experience in Human Resources. You will not be treated fairly. Things like performance reviews and warnings are not carried out in a professional manner.
