Pros

Relaxed working environment and the team are great to work with. There's a real drive for change, growth and helping employees excel in their chosen area. Feel heard when voicing my opinions and have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of projects and other areas of the business.

Cons

Office space does need some improvement to reflect the current culture. More synergy needed between all teams and the quality of the products/software could be improved.

Pros

Convenient office location and at times competent colleagues on the team

Cons

A general air of incompetence with management in regards to company strategy (or lack thereof). A failure to define a direction and to build or even decide on what the product is. The deceitful need to convince the team that there is a product vision whilst really trying to milk the cash cow customer for all they are worth. Atrocious pay with minimal raises and non existent career progression. No other benefits. No loyalty to staff or even at times basic respect. A top down, blame culture. No empowerment.

- Poor planning, projects constantly over run - Management talk of change, nothing ever happens - Won't get anywhere unless in clique - High turnover: I worked there for a year and every couple of months multiple employees would leave, mostly due to poor management and salary

Thank you for your feedback. We’ve been working pretty hard recently to develop a positive work environment where people feel comfortable and can be open - so we’re really glad that you picked up on that. It’s a team effort though, so thank you for being part of making our office a friendly place to work. Project delivery is a big deal for us, and whilst we agree that it’s an area for improvement – sometimes things do fall outside of our control. That said, we’re changing the way we work to strengthen our project controls and further improve team collaboration and communication. Senior management are also more involved in projects on a day to day basis to help the team shape our processes going forward. This is just one of many changes we’ve made within business over the past 6 months, so we’re a little disappointed to hear that you feel we’re talking the talk but aren’t walking the walk. We have a number of initiatives currently being implemented that will provide clearer opportunities for progression, including salary reviews and personal development plans. We've also recently implemented flexible working and invested in office improvements. These initiatives came from an employee survey we ran in March. We try to keep you and the team updated on any initiatives or important business updates through our regular company JAM’s and our big meetups (that we started this year), but if you feel we’re not presenting the right information please speak to us directly and let us know what you want to know.
