      They are going through major changes. Turnover is horrible. People either leave or they're let go. Management is something to be desired, and training was horrible, or lack thereof. And the pay is mediocre. There are better employers than this one. Trust me.

      Great employees, get to travel alot if you're into that, pay is good compared to other ems companies.

      Job security, no room for growth when it comes to pay no matter how long you are there for.
