      Pros

      None to much change and no one knows what they are doing.

      Cons

      Unorganized unprofessional they are disrespectful and don’t care about you. They just want people’s money. They have investors coming all the time. That is the time when you see everyone work. This company will go down with the high turn over of general managers.
