Pros
Docplanner has been a great experience, with great compensation and benefits, also with good work/life balance; in my first year I've felt empowered to push forward with projects of my own and being free to be involved with other teams to work towards immediate results.
Cons
Feedback and leadership can definitely improve; in one year I've rarely had regular feedback from my manager and I wished I could figure out sometimes if my performance is the expected or I'm aligned to my team's objectives.
