Pros

1. Salary on time 2. Junior and mid level employees in operations are really good and helpful. 3. Nothing special as good there.

Cons

1. Extreme favoritism and politics. 2. CEO only listen and care about his close and favorite people. Doesn't bother to listen others stories. 3. HR is just postman. Doing only what is ordered. Not single inch right or left. No spine at all. 4. Anyone can be fired any day. Any random day you are happy and busy in work in first half, second half you are fired. 5. Very important - they push their employees to write good things on Glassboor, you can see, suddenly so many (mostly good and by current employees) reviews in September October.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts — it’s clear you’ve been keeping close tabs on both our Glassdoor activity and our calendar! We’ll take that as a sign of engagement. We understand that strong opinions often come from strong experiences. At Doceree, decisions — including tough ones — are never taken lightly or randomly. While we know “surprise firings” make for dramatic reading, the reality involves far less plot twist and a lot more process, data, and performance feedback. As for the “favorites club” and “HR as postman” — we can assure you, our HR team delivers far more than mail. Leadership decisions are based on merit, contribution, and cultural fit — not coffee companions. And yes, we do encourage our current employees to share their experiences — the good, the challenging, and the honest. Transparency isn’t “fake”; silence is. May the next chapter bring more light, less micromanagement, and perhaps fewer conspiracy theories about Glassdoor review spikes.

Pros

Working at Doceree has been an incredible experience. The company truly embodies a fast-paced, high-performance culture where everyone is encouraged to push their limits and grow quickly. The speed at which teams operate is genuinely unmatched — it keeps you energized, motivated, and constantly learning. One of the biggest advantages of working here is the exposure to diverse teams across different cultures. You get the opportunity to collaborate with talented people from all over the world, and the amount of wisdom you gain from those interactions is immense. It broadens your perspective and accelerates your professional development in a way few companies can offer. Doceree is also a place where the potential for learning, growth, and financial upside feels limitless. If you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves learning on the go, and wants to be part of a high-impact journey, this is a great place to be.

Cons

Doceree is not the right fit for everyone. The environment can be intense, and it’s not for the faint-hearted. If you struggle with fast-moving priorities, high expectations, or direct feedback, you may find the pace challenging. The company values people who can handle constructive criticism, adapt quickly, and continuously improve — those who prefer a slow or sheltered work environment may not thrive here.

Pros

Pay is competitive and results driven

Cons

CEO is rude and dismissive. They micromanage to the point that we're all wondering if they have the office bugged.

“Office bugged” definitely wasn’t on our vision board. In all seriousness, we never want attention to detail to feel like a lack of trust. We appreciate candid feedback like this As a current team member, we’d genuinely encourage a candid conversation with HR. We want concerns to be raised directly, openly, and constructively so we can keep improving how we work together.
