Pros

Competitive salary and exceptional benefits. The perks here are genuinely top-notch. Positive company culture overall, with smart leadership recently stepping in and aiming to make improvements. Docker has a strong product—arguably the best in its space. Cons:

Cons

Collaboration is lacking across teams, which limits innovation and shared ownership. The sales org is bloated and poorly structured, with a lot of overlap and little strategic alignment. Deals often close with minimal effort, which leads to unreliable forecasting. The People team is ineffective and out of touch. There's a known situation involving inappropriate behavior from a male employee that has caused distress among female colleagues, and leadership has failed to act—this speaks volumes about their priorities. Customer Success lacks direction and strategy, making it difficult to support customers effectively. Despite having a great product, it’s incredibly challenging to get customers to enable basic controls like login enforcement or to measure product usage meaningfully.

Pros

Compensation and benefits are great. Most people/co-workers are really nice people. COO can be compelling and offset the CEO - but only for so long.

Cons

When absentee exec leadership does show their face, they are constantly chasing the new shiny thing. No consideration for what has been in flight, planned, or even released. Projects, products and internal org structures change daily. Resources are thin and we're told to "adopt AI in all things within 6 months." Sr mgmt trying to stay relevant by "solving" problems that don't exist and pushing agendas that don't benefit anyone aside from themselves. HR asking people to write positive reviews to offset reality um... ok??
