      Pros

      Onboarding has been very smooth along with the entire interview process. Though it's a remote set up but you have the flexibility to connect with the anyone including Founders. You get exposure to how entire business works and that is really great.

      You learn lots of things including sales, marketing, data science, software engineering even you are just data scientist.

      - Strong ownership and autonomy over machine learning projects - Exposure to cutting-edge document-AI and data extraction tech - Remote-friendly, flexible work culture - Collaborative and supportive team, especially cross-functional with engineering - Competitive compensation (salary + ESOPs)

      Cons

      - Work-life balance can be inconsistent, especially around tight deadlines - Occasional micromanagement from leads on deliverables - Unclear career-progression framework / promotion criteria - Rapid growth sometimes leads to missing or underdeveloped internal processes - Feedback loops (performance reviews, mentorship) could be more structured
