Pros
The only positive aspects are the team members, especially the Manager Tushar, HR Prajakta, and Team Lead Sumit, who lead the sales department. They are exceptional colleagues supportive, approachable, and some of the best people I’ve worked with. Additionally, the rest of the team is equally amazing, except for the founder.
Cons
The company claims to be a market leader but, in reality, falls short, and the responsibility lies entirely with the founder. There is no dedicated marketing department, no proper strategy to generate quality leads for the sales team, and no clear vision to scale the business. Although the product being sold has great potential, the execution is severely lacking. If you fail to bring in sales, the founder will openly insult you. Ironically, the root of the company’s issues lies with him. He carries an attitude of superiority, believing he knows how to run a successful business, but the truth is far from it. The reality is that the company’s survival depends on key individuals like Tushar, Sumit, Yash, Kunal, Ram ,Haroon Sir and a few others. The moment they leave, the entire organization is likely to collapse.
