Pros
Nothing that I can think of. Because of false promises and smooth talking, they get very proficient and good employees.
Cons
Tons of cons: They have a whiteboard and late arriving people have to write their names on it. How stupid is that? Very bad behavior from CEO. He shouts and abuses people publicly. An excellent example of how not to run a startup !!!
They have also forced many people to leave the company since its inception including business analysts, good developers and their own Co-founder absconded because of the intimidating nature of CEO.
NO HR dept. Bad Policies (1 leave per month for initial 12 months. i.e., 12 leaves per year)
If you take more leaves, they deduct money not just from your basic pay, but from each component,.)
Totally negative ambiance in the office, they will note down how many times you received a call, how many times you went for a tea break and so on.
