Executives did not care about sales employees at all. I worked for DocuLynx for over two years and was consistently one of their top performers. They did not pay out bonuses I was owed, and did not spend money on operations to allow them to correctly do jobs. I lost many accounts due to scanning not being done on time or done improperly. I had one job which was lost in the warehouse that I had to go and find for them so they could get started on the scanning 2 months late. I watched the company go through 7 sales reps while I worked for them and all were fired with no severance and when I was let go with no severance after 2 years of hard work, they had 3 ongoing law suits from previous employees.
