Great company to work for - Medical Transcriptionist DocuScript Employee Review

If you are a capable transcriptionist with a lot of experience, DocuScript has a very hands off approach - they trust in your abilities. They do not micromanage. They now have direct deposit, which is great. I have been with this company for approximately 10 years.

Cannot really think of any cons other than it is a contract position - but that is how it is for the majority of remote positions. Pay is pretty standard for the industry.

My boss was polite and not micromanaging.

Low pay, work inconsistent, no raises ever.
