Pros
Working with the animals and seeing them get adopted to loving homes.
Cons
Everything a person did was questioned. Nothing was ever good enough and you feared the director coming to the shelter. Even with the animals welfare put first the director would question why things were done the way they were. This was a very detrimental environment to work.
