      Pros

      The recruitment team and area directors followed through with everything that they have promised and show they care and want you to succeed in your Doherty career. Great health benefits, bonuses, vacation time ,paid holidays etc. if you are looking for a career in retail I highly recommend doherty.

      Cons

      I haven't experienced any downsides working for doherty.

      many long time employees. money is good. clientele is a lot of regulars which makes making money easy

      hard to get benefits because hours aren’t easily given
