Pros

none at all to share

Cons

Two Doherty recruiters from outside the local area provided me with offers to apply for the same job since feb 25. passed both screenings, was told job fair would be sparsed by weeks. in the interim decided to apply via company website job portal. company dispoed app as disqualified due to having been lead to them by doherty. doherty informed my opportunity could be revoked due to having communicated directly with cirrus aircraft, company in question. multiple emails with no response to higher ups, beth M (grand forks office) intake woman left the office the day she asked me to call her back, never e-mailed back with concerns except once early on about having to wait on my end for my drivers license since i am new to the area. a headache and a half, empty promises and no follow thru. cirrus was unable to comment or unwilling to regarding how it was i could perhaps interview on my own to accelerate the process, or when the physical job fair would be. suddenly Beth M is texting me from her own personal device about the job opportunity no longer existing. no response as to why that was, and besides that the original intake was confined to a small space where personal info was shared directly next to another candidate, pretty unprofessional and unreliable service overall (read: completely). waste of time and effort entirely.

Pros

The people you work alongside tend to be pretty awesome.

Cons

Poor leadership. Toxic work culture. Not willing to listen to employees outside of their executive leadership team, solely to protect their executive leadership team. HR truly has no control of the culture. Health benefits are horrible.
