Pros

The best reason to work here is having control of the process because you build the process

Cons

Since you have a lot of autonomy you do have to deliver. You will be left to your devices if your good, but you better deliver when the quarter ends.

Pros

- Leadership places a great deal of value on personal and professional growth of team. There is regular and direct communication to individuals throughout the organization. Everyone is very accessible, supportive and willing to help one another be successful. - There is an immense amount of opportunity. There is no concept of "you can't". Everyone is encouraged to step up and exceed their own expectations. If you enjoy growth in a supportive environment, this environment is a perfect fit. - The company provides great emphasis on activities and culture building but not in a forced way. We'll casually have drinks in the office together, attend a regular business book club where the company buys all the books or even engage in a professionally run trivia night, there is something for everyone, whenever they feel like it. - This is an incredible place to build a career, there are people that truly are invested in your success and it's obvious the moment you step into the office for your first interview.

Cons

- The work is intense and challenging as one would expect from early stage businesses. The startup environment is very demanding but also very fulfilling if you're up for the challenge. - We work in an open space format so noise can travel through the office. There's plenty of areas to get some quiet and conference rooms to work quietly within but at times, lively conversations can be distracting.
