      Pros

      It was an opportunity to work with state of art technologies, great people, good food.

      Cons

      Management has issues, people have two faces. My manager wouldn't smile at me or address me by name. I was a contractor but, I am a person too, IT is a tough place to be at Dolby Laboratories in downtown SF.
