Pros
Masters at all things A/V, algorithms and software. Every other Friday off is a dream. Cool annual hackathon called ideaquest. Good benefits, commuter stipend, 401K and profit sharing. People are friendly and smart. Lots of volunteer opportunities. Very global which is good in a way but need to be good at dealing with time zones. Office is like new and the labs are insane.
Cons
Potential is more than whats been delivered so far. With great tech and brand we should be taking off more especially with peak TV happening.
