Pros

I really enjoyed working with Dolcera during my initial years. I got to learn lot of things in IP which are still helping me in my career.

Cons

It was known for cosmopolitan culture with people from different regions were happily working together. But your policies made other people to leave while local Telgaites have no options to stay due to their family constraints. Too much emphasis and importance to Business research and IT people. The main revenue generating IP team feels neglected. BR and IT people chill like anything and not completing their effective hours. They're earning lacs of salaries for nothing. It was best known for job security. But senior team members have been asked to leave. While there are still many non-performing people still earning big salaries. One team has become orphan because team leaders left the team suddenly. Another team has reduced from 8-10 people to mere 2 people courtesy a team lead working from home. Another team has become SciTech part 2 by promoting non-performing people, which forced the valuable resources to quit. Frustrating/depressing environment of company forced me to left the company. Business development people are selling the product like Sabjiwala selling veggies in the shop.

Pros

Dolcera pays good but they just use your college brand name to get more projects from clients.

Cons

I would suggest not to join this company. Managers have minimum technical/IPR knowledge and no experience in dealing with their respective team members. Unrealistic expectations set by managers and MD worsen the culture. No work-life balance. Less scope of growing skills. No proper training to freshers is given. HR are just puppet of management.
