The work environment is very flexible, in terms of timings, dresscode and the given work too. The scope of Intellectual property in the current technological world has been increasing day by day, so there is lot of scope in this domain working in this field in this company. We the employees learn lot of things over here related to IP like company Portfolios, Landscapes, Prior Art searches etc. Also the employees also learn few tools which support the process mentioned above. Apart from this the employees have the scope to learn scripting languages like python, java scripts etc which help leverage the work consisting of huge data sheets.
Cons
There are no sports activities for the employees for refreshment, and also no canteen facility to have the snacks or Tea.
