      Pros

      Excellent prices on gift bags, greeting cards, and holiday decorations, which can be much cheaper than traditional retailers.

      Cons

      Generally easy to get hired, provides decent entry-level pay, and allows employees to see new products first.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are excellent. Fast paced environment with opportunity to learn and move up within the company.

      Cons

      Mid-level management doesn't understand C-suite direction or is not aligned with that direction. Communication is terrible - lots of conflicting direction and ambiguity. Integrity is supposed to be a core value but VPs & Director lied or withheld the truth numerous times.
