Pros
Paid vacation time. Some flexibility in schedules. Health benefits are good. Little micro management.
Cons
Physically tough on your body. Low pay. You will be asked to work 6 days a week during holidays with NO pay increase! It’s literally hell on you and your staff! The company could careless if we are working for free and unable to see our families during the holiday. No time off during this time either! You just have to pray you get sick to get an extra day off to actually have a life.
