Pros

could be a very good place to work its a good amospheremost of the time, there's always work to be done, most of the associates are easy going and good to work with most managersfor the most know there trade very well and give good training

Cons

the company itself has come to the conclusion that they can do more with less, there's always more work than their are hours,DT's for he most part only think about what they can do to increase their bonuses, the more hours they take from the stores, the more they make when a store exceeds their weekly sales, they take hours from them instead of giving, now they want employees to buy uniforms, you're a 4-B dollar company supply the uniforms, you don't pay enough for us to purchases them.your words $4-B

Pros

I enjoyed working at Dollar Tree because it allowed me to lead a team, help develop associates, and make a difference in my store. I liked the fast-paced environment and the variety of challenges that came with running daily operations. The experience helped me grow as a manager, strengthen my problem-solving skills, and build great relationships with both my team and customers.

Cons

The biggest challenges were limited staffing, heavy workloads, and a lack of support from the district level when issues arose. PTO requests were often denied due to business needs, which made it difficult to achieve a good work-life balance. While these challenges could be frustrating at times.
