- There is no flexible working hours you have to come by at least 10 AM and after that, you cannot leave before 7 PM even if you have no work remaining (you have to spend 9:30 hours daily in the company) - their so-called project management system (PMS) is full of micro-management, you have to complete 8:30 working hours in it - you need to pause the timer during lunch if you receive calls then you have to pause it again, if you are using a phone then need to pause again, in short, if you leave your desk then you need to pause your timer - company said each employee should put their phone backside so they cannot get distracted by notifications - HR policies are worst there, your leave request is dependent on HR and not your TL, if HR wish to reject leave request then they can. - work from home is not allowed, you can only work for 6 days/year from home - The company follows a sandwich leave policy so you cannot take long breaks
