It's a good start. The colleagues are kind. The environment is non-toxic. There are interesting projects. You can be involved in multiple projects at the same time. Generally, you're not restricted in terms of the technology you can use.

You can be involved in multiple projects at the same time :) The salary is below average. The hierarchy is flat. There is often rush due to poor management. The concept of sick leave is unfamiliar. Your net salary is higher than the gross due to the scholarship.

The work time is flexible, and the colleagues are awesome. You'll get to work with a lot of talented people. The projects are quite interesting for the first time. There are a lot of pressure on the management and project teams, tight deadline etc. So you won't get bored.

After working for 5 years, the project have the same issues, it is like and endless cycle. We take two steps forward and then three backward. There is absolutely no career opportunity in this company. You can get another project or stuck with one for a several years. The higher management (CEO) controls every tiny decisions. So the decision-making is very very slow. After a several years you just woke up and realize there is no added value of your work. Good choice for recently graduated people. But you won't find your dream here.
