It's a pretty chill company in terms of work-life balance. and they have cool projects
Cons
Hire up people not really working. I have multiple APM and PM to work less than 6 hours per day and leave the Jobsite. It is not a perfect fit for anyone who is young and middle of their career and want to grow. The management doesn't take any responsibility for their mistakes and errors and usually balme others.
