They got there either because they knew someone or they provided visual diversity. VPs play musical chairs hopping from one department to another seemingly every few months. - lower to mid management is a joke! Egoistic behavior and micromanagement culture create a very toxic workplace. - There is no respect or future for individual contributors. They're basically dogs, underpaid, undervalued, disrespected and thrown around. It's a VERY difficult situation in many cases. - Company and CEO are very politically charged and extremely biased - No opportunities to cross train or move around
