Pros
Pay is great, but you will be beaten into the ground/stressed out/have zero work life balance.
Cons
No work life balance, very stressful, almost all supervisors are extremely micromanaging, supervisors don't care about your safety (told to come in during a snowstorm when I could work from home, made everyone come back into the office in May 2020), was "coached" by a supervisor and manager to change evaluation affecting a nuclear power plant (I refused).
