Pros
Field checking projects is nice- i.e. not tied down to your desk all day Annual Incentive Plan is a nice yearly bonus Good work/life balance. Everyone works 40 hours and thats it.
Cons
Where to start.... It's a great place to work if you don't have a 4-year degree. The majority of the work force are the "good ol' boys" and very very few female workers. Given that, there is absolutely no diversity, and the company is not open minded. Because of the educational gap the workforce can seem very boring and challenging to work with to a college graduate.
