Very talented people at all levels. Small company with flat organizational structure. Opportunities to solve interesting problems.
Cons
In some roles, there is extensive travel to nuclear power plants. Minimal support staff means engineers do lots of the hands on equipment work (this is positive or negative depending on your disposition)
