Good Company - Sales Administrator Dominion Homes Employee Review

Dominion has my first employer to hire me after graduation and I love it to my last day there; Family based company; Benefits; Good Pay but not the best - just to survive; My first manager thought me almost everything - I was very well trained; Friendly co-workers willing to help you in any ways but not all of them;

Favoritism by managers almost as in high school - cheerleaders; Gave up and was bought by Pulte Group, which laid off many good employees and some left in their own because they couldn't take all of the changes;

Good health insurance is an optional benefit. The office is in a convenient location.

Management has a yell first, ask later way of speaking with employees. Upper management has a condescending manners toward employees that are ranked below them. Low pay for workload.
