Pros

When it's busy, you get hours Depending on who you are working with, your shift flies by You can literally start at the bottom and work you way up. It's easy to become a manager in a matter of months even if you can't make a pizza correctly...trust me I've seen it happen several times

Cons

You are overworked and underpaid especially if you are a CSR You constantly have to deal with rude customers who complain over the littlest mistake When you get busy, everything gets chaotic and you have people who can't hold it together causing a chain reaction Food and labor are always a constant worry so if labor is high, you will get sent home The hours you are scheduled are not necessarily the hours you will work

Pros

Can be a fun environment. Can provide opportunities to make decent wage, highly dependand on the franchise you work for.

Cons

Some positions pay very low for the work they put in. This makes it harder to retain good employees to keep operations at optimal levels. Who wants to do 3 times the work as drivers for significantly less money?
