Pros
Great staff, supportive management, task variety, efficient processes. The store layout is phenomenal, and processes are completed efficiently. The access to great ingredients makes for employee creativity when hunger cannot be kept at bay.
Cons
Lack of growth, opportunities, minimal incremental wage increases. Definitely a place where one can easily stagnate in.
