Pros
Generally great group of people. You can make good money, especially if you become a part time driver/manager.
Cons
Too much emphasis on labor costs limits training. The system doesn't take into account skill level, so if the system says you need 2 insiders, even if they are new and don't know how to answer a phone they think you will be fine.
